Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the maximum-security SSR unit (level 3 facility).
• Oversee staff, training, case management, safety, security, and sanitation.
• Monitor inmate behavior and address issues within the unit.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with policies.
• Chair town hall meetings and maintain cooperative relationships with peers and staff.
• Perform duties including committees, duty officer responsibilities, and other admin tasks.
