Job summary

AccruePartners seeks a payroll professional to join a centralized payroll function supporting a growing multi-site organization. This temporary assignment focuses on ownership of weekly union payroll and related reporting, in a fast-paced environment with frequent hires and time-sensitive checks.

You will collaborate with HR, operations, and field leadership to ensure accurate pay, compliance with prevailing wage rules, and timely post-payroll reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of hands-on payroll administration in a high-volume environment.
• Direct experience processing union payroll, including union benefits reporting.
• Knowledge of prevailing wage requirements, union-benefit calculations and payroll deductions.
• Experience managing frequent hires, terminations and day-to-day payroll changes.
• Dayforce, Workday or UKG experience; Dayforce Payroll strongly preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivots) for payroll reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly union payroll and union benefits reporting.
• Process payroll accurately and on time in a high-volume environment.
• Produce post-payroll reports and support audits, balancing, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, operations, and field leadership.
• Maintain confidential employee data and respond to payroll inquiries.
