Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Staff UC/Collaboration Engineer to join IT-EPE, leading Unified Communications and collaboration experiences across Microsoft Teams meeting environments, Cisco RoomOS hardware, Teams Phones, and related services.

You will build, operate, and evolve the UC platform, ensuring reliability across rooms, desktops, and mobile clients, while developing integrations with Microsoft Graph and REST APIs and advancing observability with CQD and AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Unified Communications or related IT platform roles.
• Hands-on knowledge of Cisco Webex RoomOS and Teams Rooms environments.
• Experience with scheduling, hybrid interoperability, calendaring, and user experience across chat, calling, and video meetings.
• Experience with Azure and AWS in UC contexts.
• Familiarity with AI models and full-stack UC products.
• Ability to automate UC tasks with Python/Bash and AI tools.
• Experience with API integrations using Microsoft Graph and PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and evolve the Unified Communications platform, including Teams Rooms and hardware.
• Develop integrations using Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, and REST APIs to sync with identity and calendaring.
• Manage and extend full-stack UC products, including monitoring and admin tooling with AI features.
• Automate routine changes, health checks, and remediations with Python, Bash, and AI tools.
• Instrument UC observability with CQD and user experience dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT, networking, facilities, security, and product teams to resolve issues across rooms and cloud services.
• Document runbooks, standards, and change procedures for scalable support.
