Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation seeks a Staff UC/Collaboration Engineer to join IT-EPE, focusing on Unified Communications and employee collaboration. You’ll support Teams Rooms, Cisco RoomOS hardware, and related services across rooms, desktops, and mobile clients.

Expect strong automation using Python, Bash, and AI tools, plus API integrations with Microsoft Graph and PowerShell. You will build observability for UC with CQD, manage deployments, and collaborate with IT, networking, and facilities to scale

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Unified Communications or related IT platform role.
• Hands-on UC domain knowledge of Cisco Webex RoomOS and Teams Rooms.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the Unified Communications platform across Teams Rooms, Cisco hardware, and collaboration services.
• Develop integrations using Graph, PowerShell, and REST APIs to sync UC with identity and IT services.
• Automate routine UC tasks using Python, Bash, and AI tools.
• Instrument UC observability with CQD and user experience metrics.
