Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive telecommunications or UC engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/engineering.
• Hands-on design, deployment, and support of UC/telephony platforms.
• Experience in secure federal environments and change management.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain UC solutions across on‑premise and cloud.
• Monitor performance and diagnose UC/telecom issues using monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and perform root‑cause analyses.
• Develop standards, runbooks, and configuration baselines for UC infrastructure.
• Collaborate with network, security, and service desk teams on changes and migrations.
• Produce technical reports and capacity analyses to guide improvements.
• Provide training and guidance on UC capabilities to customers and teams.
• Support compliance with federal security, privacy, and records requirements.
