Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise AV, video conferencing, or unified communications.
• Hands-on Crestron programming and touch-panel configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco video conferencing platforms and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Experience enabling Cisco–Microsoft Teams interoperability in hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 in enterprise settings.
• Experience working in federal or regulated environments and active Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and hands-on support for Cisco VTC and Crestron conference rooms.
• Configure and troubleshoot Crestron control systems and touch panels for AV integrations.
• Administer Cisco VTC infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable cross-site conferencing.
• Support interoperability between Cisco systems and Microsoft Teams, including room config and endpoint registration.
• Assist with Microsoft Teams Rooms and Surface Hub within integrated room environments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and Tier III for incident resolution and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and configuration standards.
