The role includes training, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration to meet business objectives.

The position runs 11:00 AM–8:00 PM ET to support California and West Coast operations, and requires a Florida 2-20 license or equivalent. Hybrid work setup available.

Qualifications

• Extensive underwriting experience across new, renewal, and inspections.
• Strong knowledge of wildfire risk and defensible space practices.
• Florida 2-20 General Lines license or equivalent license required.
• Ability to mentor and lead a team to meet service goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Underwriting Manager to meet new business production, retention, and profitability goals.
• Lead the underwriting team in service quality and production targets.
• Assist with UAT and system improvements to support operations.
• Set production and quality goals for new, renewal, and inspection underwriting.
• Provide guidance, training, and development to teammates; maintain market knowledge.
