Alliant Insurance Services, a leading U.S. brokerage, seeks an underwriting and analysis leader to execute advanced pricing and manage analysts and underwriters across projects.

The role focuses on pricing, client presentations, and strategic goal setting, with emphasis on data accuracy and timely delivery of reports for carriers and clients. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more years related work experience.
• One or more years of management experience leading a team of at least 3 individuals.
• Valid Insurance License.
• Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.

Responsabilités

• Expert in all major areas of underwriting, including special pricing and marketing projects.
• Meet with Producers, clients, Underwriters, and Account Executives to define and accomplish projects.
• Manage team of Underwriters and Analysts to determine workload distribution.
