Alliant Insurance Services is seeking an experienced pricing and underwriting leader in Boston. You will oversee advanced pricing and analysis, coordinating across Producers, Underwriters, and Account Executives to drive projects and client outcomes.

You will manage a team of Underwriters and Analysts, shape resource planning, and ensure data integrity while presenting analyses to clients in a clear, confident manner. This role emphasizes leadership and analytical excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years of related underwriting or analyst work.
• 1+ year of management leading a team of 3+ individuals.
• Valid insurance license with ongoing CE compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead advanced pricing and analysis requests.
• Meet with producers, clients, underwriters and account executives to define projects.
• Manage workload distribution for underwriters and analysts.
• Guide team goals, resource planning, and training needs.
• Coordinate external partners, carriers, and consultants.
• Understand actuarial plan values and pricing tools.
• Modify underwriting models and templates to client needs.
• Lead client underwriting projects and present analyses clearly.
• Support prospecting activities including RFP responses.
• Maintain data tracking and reporting for financials and client deliverables.
• Work with multiple data/reporting systems to gather claim data.
• Mentor and train on underwriting topics.
