Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking an experienced underwriting analytics leader to execute advanced pricing and analysis. You will lead a team of underwriters and analysts, coordinating with producers, clients and account executives to deliver strategic pricing projects and outcomes.

You will manage workload, set goals, and ensure timely, accurate reporting while expanding client relationships and growth opportunities across the advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years related work experience.
• 1+ year of management experience leading a team of at least 3 individuals.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced pricing and analysis requests.
• Lead underwriting and analyst teams.
• Meet with Producers, clients, Underwriters and Account Executives to define and accomplish projects.
• Manage workload distribution of the underwriting team.
• Assist in defining strategic goals including resource planning and growth.
• Identify and manage external business partner relationships and data sources.
• Present analyses to clients in a confident, clear manner.
• Maintain data tracking and reporting for financial management and client reports.
