Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years related work experience.
• 1+ years of management leading a team of 3+ individuals.
• Valid Insurance License
• Must continue CE requirements for license renewal

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced pricing and analysis requests.
• Lead underwriting and analyst teams in development and management.
• Meet with Producers, clients, Underwriters, and Account Executives to define projects.
• Manage workload distribution within the department.
• Coordinate external partner relationships and data sources.
• Present analysis to clients clearly and confidently.
• Maintain data tracking and reporting for financials and models.
