• Group life and disability underwriting experience, preferably 4+ years.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proven analytical abilities with attention to detail and strategic perspective.

• Self-motivated, capable of working independently with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Act as gatekeeper of GRP best practices; vet guidelines and articles.
• Draft, peer review and publish new or revised content for internal SharePoint and external manuals.
• Develop and deliver internal and client training curriculum focusing on pricing, risk assessment and financial analysis.
• Perform internal quality management reviews for group life and disability; provide insights on excellence and opportunities.
• Lead or participate in initiatives within GRP; contribute to improvements across underwriting practices.
