Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of US insurance industry with PE product offerings is required.
• Extensive Middle Market underwriting, claims, or business development experience.
• Proven ability to differentiate AXA XL through offerings and business practices.
• Strong insured and broker contacts and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication with a customer service focus.
• Collaborative team player with problem-solving and creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite complex new and renewal business within delegated authority.
• Drive profitability through premiums and rate goals, coordinating with actuarial and claims.
• Collaborate with brokers and agents to tailor policies to client needs.
• Negotiate within authority to achieve profit objectives.
• Build and maintain broker/client relationships to expand distribution.
• Maintain product, service, and market knowledge to address client risks.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and legal requirements.
