AXA XL seeks an experienced underwriter for the US Middle Markets to handle new and renewal business within the Central Zone. You will develop broker and client relationships and execute an annual underwriting plan to drive growth.

Ideal candidates bring deep US P&C knowledge, Middle Market underwriting experience, and strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and maximize AXA XL’s capital deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPCU/ARM a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Solid knowledge of US P&C products and broker relationships.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewal business in the assigned territory.
• Execute your own annual desk-level underwriting plan.
• Maintain broker and client relationships; ensure service quality.
• Collaborate with team and cross-sell to maximize AXA XL capital.
