UFG Insurance is seeking a Sr. Underwriting Center Underwriter to underwrite Middle Market and Construction renewal business and deploy effective account management with agency partners.

This role provides technical underwriting expertise through timely, streamlined processes to best serve agents and policyholders, while underwriting renewals and servicing accounts. You will resolve escalated issues, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with internal partners to ensure risk is properly evaluated

Qualifications

• 3 years of commercial lines underwriting experience preferred.
• Advanced risk evaluation and insurance contract knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing and completing work efficiently.
• Leadership skills to mentor, coach, and train team members.
