UFG Insurance is seeking a Sr. Production Underwriter to join our team in the PA region. This role handles a renewal book in their territory and underwrites complex new and renewal business, balancing risk and profitability while managing agency relationships.

You will mentor and coach team members, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive production goals in a fast-paced environment. Travel and driver’s license are required as per book of business.

Qualificações

• AU, CIC and/or CPCU designations preferred.
• 5+ years commercial lines underwriting experience.
• Strong knowledge of agency force and current market environment.
• Excellent sales skills with proven track record of growing a profitable book.
• Ability to mentor and train team members.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite complex new and renewal business with risk selection and pricing.
• Manage territory and develop a pipeline with agencies.
• Mentor and coach team members across underwriting staff.
