You will underwrite, market, and manage a profitable book of business while building strong agency relationships and delivering underwriting excellence across complex risks.

The role emphasizes advanced underwriting expertise, consultative broker partnership, and collaboration with internal teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of related underwriting experience.
• Experience managing agency relationships and profitable book of business.
• Professional designations such as RPLU, CPCU, ARM, or AU are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and market products across Directors & Officers, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Crime, Cyber, and other Management Liability lines.
• Develop agency relationships and drive profitable growth through brokers and producers.
• Mentor and train less experienced underwriters and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare submissions, negotiate pricing, terms and endorsements for complex new and renewal business.
