Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in M&A legal, underwriting, corporate finance or related area.
• Experience with insurance sector or financial institutions is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication; proficient in drafting legal and commercial documents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct background research on transaction parties and industries.
• Analyze agreements and documentation to assess risk for representations and warranties insurance.
• Lead underwriting calls and negotiate terms with brokers, counsel and clients.
• Prepare indications, policies and binders; support marketing and client proposals.
