Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree ABET-accredited in Electrical, Civil, or related engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of underground transmission experience.
• Experience with 69kV+ transmission.
• Ability to lead multiple projects with limited supervision.
• Experience leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical staff in utility engineering designs and cost estimates.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects from 34.5kV to 500kV.
• Develop project schedules and staffing needs.
• Mentor staff on engineering principles and safety codes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments.
• Foster client relationships and pursue new business.
