Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in Electrical, Civil, or related engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of underground transmission or related experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to guide teams.
• Experience with transmission systems 69kV or higher.
• Proficiency with CYMCAP and cable-pulling software (Pull Planner, Cable 3D).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical staff in utility engineering designs, cost estimates, and billing docs.
• Manage multiple projects from 34.5kV to 500kV ensuring quality and schedule.
• Develop project schedules and staffing plans.
• Mentor staff in engineering principles and codes.
• Collaborate with departments on cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
