Job summary

Qualifications
- BS degree from ABET-accredited engineering program.
- Proficiency with CYMCAP modeling.
- 7+ years on project teams for underground transmission projects.
- Experience with design incorporating codes, client requirements and EPRI/IEC/IEEE standards.
- Experience with cost estimates and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Design underground transmission lines for voltages up to 500kV.
- Conduct cost analyses and develop design criteria.
- Determine manhole placement and duct bank configurations.
- Create drawing packages and cable pulling calculations.
- Prepare specifications for installation and procurement of materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients to specify transmission line components.
- Direct a small project team of engineers, designers, and drafters.
