Job summary

The Senior Engineer, Mine Services leads the Technical Services team at the Hermosa Project site near Patagonia, Arizona. You will oversee underground infrastructure systems, including electrical distribution, utility networks, paste distribution, and related capital projects, ensuring safe, efficient operation aligned with site objectives.

Collaborating with operations, planning, consultants, and contractors, you will design, install, and maintain systems while guiding cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering or related field, or relevant experience.
• 7+ years of underground mining experience with mine infrastructure, utility systems, and capital projects.
• Proficiency in Deswik, Backfill Pro, and Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead pastefill system design, monitoring, and upgrades.
• Provide technical leadership for underground electrical distribution and utilities.
• Oversee infrastructure projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
• Collaborate with operations, planning, consultants, and contractors to ensure safety and efficiency.
