Job summary

Froedtert Health in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Systems Analyst II to own UKG Timekeeping configurations, pay rules, accruals and work rules. You will partner with Payroll, HR and Operations to analyze requirements and implement enhancements that improve compliance and efficiency.

Four to seven years of related experience is ideal; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The role is remote with 40 hours weekly and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform system life cycle tasks for assigned systems and infrastructure.
• Lead small projects or initiatives.
• Partner with Payroll, HR and Operations to analyze requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Configure and support UKG Timekeeping pay rules, codes, accruals and related functionality.
