Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking a skilled UKG WFM specialist to lead Time and Attendance, Payroll and Benefits configuration. The role supports multiple implementations, including ERP integrations, and requires strong data analysis and stakeholder communication.

Hybrid, with locations in Grand Rapids, MI, Atlanta, GA, or Plano, TX, offering a 6-month contract-to-hire arrangement. 5–7+ years of UKG WFM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with UKG WFM - Time and Attendance, Payroll, Benefits
• 5-7+ years of experience with UKG WFM, Dimensions
• Experience with at least 1 implementation project including Payroll, Time Management & ERP integration
• Awareness of SAP, Workday, integration, configuration and support
• Proven ability to perform configuration or customization in Time Management and Payroll systems
• Experience with reporting in WFM and Ultipro
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking and thought leadership

Responsibilities

• Contribute to UKG WFM implementation projects across Payroll and Time Management
• Analyze data, configure time management and payroll modules
• Coordinate with stakeholders for ERP integrations and reporting requirements
