Job summary

ZipStaff Inc. seeks a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead a multi-phase timekeeping transformation for a major transportation organization.

You will bridge technical and functional gaps to migrate unionized workforce groups onto UKG with SAP integration, driving scalable architecture to FY2027. Responsibilities include leading design decisions, mapping union pay rules, and coordinating with enterprise leadership to align technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Lead/Senior Solution Architect in UKG Kronos and SAP Time/Payroll.
• Experience migrating unionized workforces with complex pay rules.
• Hands-on leadership in multi-phase legacy system migrations to cloud/hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and integration strategy between UKG and SAP Time/Payroll.
• Unblock architectural and functional decisions to keep migration on schedule.
• Translate union pay rules and compliance standards into UKG/SAP configurations.
• Partner with enterprise tech leaders and business units to align roadmaps.
• Establish data mapping, interfaces, and payroll workflows across systems.
• Drive program delivery across cross-functional teams without strict PI cadences.
