Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with UKG Pro and WFM systems, including configuration, administration, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with HR, Payroll, and Finance workflows.
• Strong understanding of security roles, labor allocations, payroll auditing, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Update and optimize organizational levels based on internal discussions and system design.
• Enable employee workflow alerts for HR/Payroll regarding employee address changes.
• Audit and clean up security roles, eliminating unused roles and aligning with the new security template.
