Job summary

Improv in Washington, DC, seeks a UKG Pro Integrations Specialist contractor to design, develop, and maintain integrations between UKG Pro WFM and enterprise systems. You will ensure seamless data flow, automate processes, and optimize workforce management workflows.

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors, implement secure data exchange, and stay current with UKG Pro updates. A Bachelor's in a relevant field and 3+ years of HRIS integration experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HRIS integration, preferably with UKG Pro WFM or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in API development, XML, JSON, and middleware tools (Boomi, Workato, or similar).
• Experience with SQL queries and data mapping for workforce management solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy integrations between UKG Pro WFM and third-party HR, payroll, and financial systems.
• Develop APIs, connectors, and automation scripts for real-time and batch data synchronization.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all integrations.
• Lead collaboration with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless system functionality.
