Job summary

The Planet Group seeks a highly skilled UKG Pro WFM professional to own the UKG environment in a brand-new role in Northern Indiana. This hybrid position focuses on configuration, optimization, and release management to support a fast-growing organization through acquisitions.

You will drive complex UKG projects, lead accruals and pay/work-rule initiatives, and create scalable processes with detailed SOPs and training materials.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM and a strong technical configuration background.
• Significant experience with UKG Accruals including configuration, consolidation, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Strong experience with UKG Pay and Work Rules including timekeeping, exceptions, pay codes, pay code definitions, and related configuration.
• Experience supporting the UKG Attendance module.
• Proven experience managing UKG release testing and evaluating the downstream impact of system changes.
• Strong technical UKG configuration capabilities beyond purely functional or administrative HRIS responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Driving the configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the UKG Pro WFM environment as the organization grows.
• Solving complex UKG challenges by researching functionality, identifying root causes, evaluating downstream impacts, and developing effective solutions.
• Designing and implementing UKG configurations supporting policies, pay rules, work rules, system enhancements, change requests, and evolving business requirements.
• Owning UKG release testing by researching new functionality, evaluating system changes, identifying potential impacts, and determining appropriate testing strategies.
• Leading UKG Accruals initiatives including configuration, consolidation, troubleshooting, enhancements, and ongoing optimization.
• Managing UKG Pay and Work Rules functionality including timekeeping, exceptions, pay codes, pay code definitions, and related configuration.
• Supporting UKG Attendance functionality through configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and evolving business requirements.
• Driving UKG integration and standardization efforts as newly acquired companies are brought into the organization.
• Building scalable UKG processes, documentation, SOPs, work instructions, and training resources.
