Expert UKG Pro configuration and optimization skills.
Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work.

Responsibilities

Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitment.
Build meaningful relationships with our clients and advise them how to best use their UKG Pro system.
Guide and manage a small team of consultants by providing shadowing opportunities and ramping up new team members.
Lead, engage, and motivate your team to accomplish developmental and company goals.
Draw on your HRIS expertise to recommend and implement UKG Pro solutions.
Use system analysis techniques to determine software and system functional specifications.
