Job summary

KMG Healthcare is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to manage UKG Pro reporting, analytics requests, and maintain the HRIS environment in a fully remote contract role. Collaboration with the current Senior HRIS Analyst is required to handle cases end-to-end.

You will build complex reports, perform data analysis in Excel, and support configuration across UKG Pro modules while ensuring service-level commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, complex formulas, and data cleanup.
• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro People Analytics (BI) reporting.
• Complex UKG Pro report writing, including multi-join reports, burst reporting, and Event Studio alerts.
• Experience with UKG Pro web imports.
• Experience as a senior-level HRIS or HR reporting analyst.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple requests at once.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot complex reports in UKG Pro BI / People Analytics.
• Create multi-join reports with correct handling of cardinality (1:1, 1:0, 1:n).
• Set up and manage burst reporting and Event Studio alerts.
• Prepare and process web imports in UKG Pro.
• Support general configuration in UKG Pro Workforce Management.
• Analyze and present data in Excel for HR and business stakeholders.
• Work and resolve HRIS cases in ServiceNow within service-level expectations.
