Job summary

Avant Staffing Professionals is seeking a Senior HCM & Workforce Systems Analyst to serve as a functional and technical expert for HCM, WFM, Payroll, and related platforms. You will support administration, configuration, testing, reporting, integrations, security access, data validation, and process automation to drive payroll accuracy and data integrity.

The role requires hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Dimensions, payroll configuration, and data governance across HR, Payroll,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent experience considered.
Minimum 5 years supporting Workforce Management, HCM, Payroll, HRIS, or related systems.
Minimum 3 years hands-on with UKG Workforce Dimensions, Kronos WFD, or similar platforms.
Experience with HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, Performance, Security, Organizational Management, Payroll and Timekeeping.
Experience configuring timekeeping, pay rules, accruals, schedules, and wage/hour compliance.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for HCM, WFM, Payroll, Timekeeping, and related platforms, focused on UKG WFD.
Configure and optimize Core HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, Accruals, Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent modules.
