Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of clinical or business system analyst experience with enterprise applications; healthcare preferred.
• Licensure or certification: None required.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced functional-level support to clinical or business units in the use of enterprise IT applications.
• Configures, administers, maintains, and optimizes UKG PRO WorkForce Management across a large multi-facility environment.
• Leads design sessions and collaborates with HR, Payroll, Operations and IT to implement efficient workforce processes.
• Analyzes business requirements, troubleshoots complex issues, and supports integrations with vendor systems.
• Develops testing plans, documents changes, and communicates updates to stakeholders, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
