Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas invites applications for a Senior Systems Analyst to support UKG Pro WFM and PeopleSoft ERP. You will translate complex operational needs into robust technical configurations, manage data integrations, and write advanced SQL queries to ensure data integrity across platforms.

This hybrid role requires 5+ years in business systems analysis, strong SDLC experience, and proven ability to mentor teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years of business systems and/or project experience with exposure to system development life cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and reporting.
• Direct experience with UKG Pro WFM and PeopleSoft HRMS/Payroll modules.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level system administration and technical support for UKG Pro WFM and PeopleSoft integrations.
• Configure and optimize UKG Timekeeping rules, scheduling, attendance, and data hub configurations.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and hardware-related issues impacting production workflows.
• Lead fit/gap analyses, map business workflows to technical specifications, and support data integration efforts.
• Build and maintain robust test scenarios, documentation, and training materials.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate project workloads and deliverables.
