Job summary

STAFFXPERT LLC in New Jersey is seeking a UKG Implementation Consultant to lead a healthcare workforce solution deployment. You will partner with HR, payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure a successful UKG rollout and adoption.

The role covers requirements gathering, configuration, testing, data migration, and cutover activities, with hands-on work and strong communication across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing and configuring UKG solutions.
• Strong knowledge of UKG Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, Payroll, HR, or related modules.
• Experience supporting end‑to‑end implementation projects from requirements gathering through go‑live and post‑production support.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable UKG solutions.
• Experience with testing, defect management, UAT support, and implementation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full lifecycle implementation of UKG solutions within a healthcare environment.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, Scheduling, and Time & Attendance.
• Translate business requirements into effective UKG configurations and system solutions.
• Perform hands‑on configuration, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
• Conduct fit‑gap analysis and support solution design workshops with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and operational teams throughout project execution.
• Support data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and migration activities.
• Assist with system integrations between UKG and other enterprise applications.
• Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Investigate and resolve defects, configuration issues, and functional challenges.
• Create and maintain implementation documentation, configuration records, and testing artifacts.
• Support user training, knowledge transfer, and change management activities.
• Participate in cutover planning, go‑live support, and post‑production stabilization efforts.
• Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to project leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and business requirements.

Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a UKG Implementation Consultant on behalf of our client in New Jersey. This role is ideal for an experienced UKG professional with a strong background in healthcare workforce solutions, HR systems, payroll, timekeeping, and workforce management. The consultant will play a key role in a large-scale UKG implementation, partnering with business stakeholders, HR teams, payroll teams, and technical resources to ensure a successful deployment and adoption of the solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of healthcare workforce regulations and operational workflows. 

• Experience working with system integrations and data migration activities​

• UKG certifications or related workforce management certifications are a plus.
