The ideal candidate has at least three years of UKG consulting experience, a bachelor’s degree in business admin or IT, and certifications in UKG Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, or workforce management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of UKG consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related fields.
• Certifications in UKG modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, or workforce management solutions.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead UKG implementation workstreams across projects (Pro, Ready, Dimensions).
• Develop and apply project management standards and tools.
