Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Senior UKG Administrator III who will lead configuration and enhancements in UKG. The role serves as a subject-matter expert and main liaison between business and technical teams, guiding complex initiatives across pay policies, scheduling and attestation.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years of UKG WFM experience, foundational UKG badges, strong analytical abilities and a proven track record in design sessions and mentoring others.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of UKG WFM experience.
• One or more UKG WFM badges (Foundational).
• Deep expertise in complex business processes, reporting and cross-functional integrations.
• Proven experience leading design sessions and mentoring others.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field or comparable relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end configuration of complex UKG enhancements.
• Develop and maintain advanced reports, dataviews, and hyperfinds.
• Analyze and resolve cross-functional data dependencies.
• Lead requirements gathering and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
• Provide input on governance, data integrity, and compliance practices.
• Contribute to release management strategy and testing coordination.
• Mentor junior team members and drive documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Serve as SME on multiple configuration areas (e.g., Pay Policies, Scheduler Setup, Attestation, reporting).
