Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep UiPath expertise to bridge business goals and technical delivery. You will lead end-to-end automation initiatives, drive requirements, map processes, and ensure scalable solutions that align with agency needs.

The role partners with product and development teams to shape design, validation, and governance across UiPath projects, with travel to DMV area as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years supporting UiPath or RPA projects.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies, deliverables and controls.
• Strong understanding of UiPath components: Studio, Orchestrator, Queues, bots.
• Experience leading requirements sessions and documenting user needs.
• Experience with Jira and facilitating UAT and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from documents, workshops, surveys, and workflows.
• Act as liaison between product owners, technology teams and support teams.
• Collaborate with developers to refine requirements.
• Create and maintain Process Design Documents (PDDs) and validate with SDDs.
• Drive automation adoption with UiPath and LLMs with governance and remediation.
• Design LLM-enabled user journeys extending UiPath capabilities.
• Provide testable, traceable process components (BRs, FRs, Data, System specs).
• Perform QA/UAT and support backlog grooming.
