Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior UI/UX Developer for the AI Studio, driving user-centered design and production-ready frontend work. You will translate UX research into accessible interfaces, integrate with APIs and model services, and collaborate with product, backend, data and ML teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will stay hands-on with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, and component-based architectures, while contributing to CI/CD and production support in a governance-rich AI

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master with extensive CS/IT experience or equivalent professional background.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of UX design and UI delivery.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead user-centered discovery with product and UX partners.
• Translate UX designs into responsive UI and API integrations.
• Design and implement human-AI UX/UI with model services, LLMs and RAG.
• Ensure accessibility, performance, security and observability in UI.
