Job summary

Amgen is seeking an AI Digital Product Sr Manager for the AI Studio to lead a cross-functional team in creating AI-powered enterprise solutions that accelerate discovery and decision making. You will translate scientific needs into producible AI products, balancing rapid experimentation with enterprise quality.

You'll collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders, drive strategy and roadmaps, and measure success with KPIs and adoption metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital AI products, defining product strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong technical fluency across AI technologies, cloud platforms, APIs, and modern software development.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with software engineers, AI engineers, data scientists, UX designers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Master's degree and 6+ years of IT/Information Systems experience OR Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of IT/IS experience OR Diploma and 12+ years of IT/IS experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years delivering AI/ML, enterprise software, or digital products.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Product Strategy and Delivery: Own the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of a portfolio of AI applications and intelligent agents.
• Evaluate and prioritize AI opportunities based on customer value, technical feasibility, business impact, and strategic alignment.
• Drive Customer Discovery: Partner with scientists, researchers, business stakeholders, and end users to understand workflows, identify high‑value AI opportunities, validate solutions, and continuously improve products through user research and rapid prototyping.
• Bridge Business and Technology: Translate business needs into product requirements and partner with engineering, AI engineering, data science, UX, and external partners to deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Deliver and Scale AI Products: Lead AI products from opportunity discovery through enterprise deployment using rapid experimentation, iterative delivery, and customer feedback.
• Measure Success: Own product KPIs including adoption, usage, customer satisfaction, model quality, reliability, latency, and business impact, using analytics and feedback.
