DTCC is seeking a Senior UI/UX Specialist to lead the design of intuitive, accessible experiences for risk applications. You will shape the experience strategy for portal consolidation, translating complex processes into persona-based journeys and reusable design patterns.

You will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineers to simplify user journeys, improve usability, and ensure a consistent experience across internal and customer portals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end UX and UI design for enterprise Risk portals and web applications, from discovery to implementation support.
• Plan and conduct stakeholder interviews, user research, journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Define personas, journeys, information architecture, navigation models, task flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate complex risk workflows into intuitive interfaces with clear dashboards and alerts.
• Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and analysts to translate requirements into UX specs and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Angular and React engineers to ensure feasible and accurate implementation of designs.
• Provide design direction for portal consolidation and modular micro-frontend experiences.
• Conduct design reviews and resolve usability gaps with engineering teams.
• Apply responsive and accessible design across desktop and supported devices.
• Use analytics and usability findings to prioritize improvements and demonstrate outcomes.
• Facilitate design workshops and clearly communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Mentor teammates and promote consistent user-centered design practices.
