Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in UX design.

• Strong expertise in interaction design and user-centered design principles.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with UX design and prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree or certification in UX Design, HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise application design, methodology, outcomes and lessons learned.
