Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Senior User Interface Product Associate within the Chief Data and Analytics Office to support idea generation, lead strategic initiatives, and collaborate across teams to deliver unified experiences for internal lines of business.

You'll contribute to enterprise-scale platforms for Data Analytics and AI/ML Operations, and help drive product decisions, documentation, and strategy with a strong emphasis on user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Communication, or a related field.
• Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.)
• Experience or coursework in product management, user experience, or a related field.
• Strong design background, with an understanding of user interface development and design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the development and execution of user interface strategies to enhance product offerings.
• Supports the management of product development processes, including defining product requirements and overseeing implementation.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and create seamless user experiences.
• Participates in team meetings and provide input on product development and strategy.
• Conducts research and analysis to support product decision-making.
• Assists in the preparation of product documentation and presentations.
