Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Associate for Business Banking Data and Agentic AI to drive product development through research and analytics. You will partner with Product Managers to uncover opportunities, translate insights into epics, and collaborate with data science, AI, and analytics teams to deliver customer-centric banking solutions.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain.
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle and discovery.
Experience with data analytics and Jira/JQL.

Responsibilities

Identify new product opportunities reflecting customer and market needs via user research.
Plan upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers.
Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics across the product development lifecycle.
Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
Work closely with data and analytics professionals to interpret and analyze data.
Facilitate data field transfers between source systems and identify gaps.
