• 5+ years of hands-on product design experience delivering digital products.
• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field, or equivalent.
• Expert-level Figma skills (auto-layout, tokens, component variables, interactive prototyping).
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution within established design system and standards.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication with cross-functional stakeholders and engineers.
• Demonstrated success using design to improve business and customer outcomes; AI fluency in product tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for assigned product verticals from discovery to delivery.
• Support and contribute to design systems, patterns, and scalable standards.
• Present design recommendations and rationale to stakeholders and gain alignment.
• Build high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate complex interactions and test flows.
• Plan and conduct qualitative user research and usability testing to validate decisions.
• Champion WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and plain-language design principles.
• Design with privacy, patient trust, and regulatory requirements in mind.
