Join a lean design team of two supporting design across CenterWell IT, collaborating with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to solve complex healthcare workflows that reduce cognitive load for care teams

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on product design experience for data-dense digital products or enterprise platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
Expert-level Figma skills (auto-layout, tokens, component variables, interactive prototyping).
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution within established design system standards.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design for assigned product verticals—from discovery to pixel-perfect delivery; include workflow design and information architecture.
Support and contribute to design systems, patterns, and scalable design standards.
Present design recommendations and rationale to stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes to validate user flows and demonstrate complex interactions.
Plan and conduct qualitative user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions.
Champion WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and plain-language design principles in healthcare contexts.
Design with sensitivity to privacy, patient trust, and regulatory requirements.
