Humana is seeking a Senior User Interface Design Engineer to craft intuitive, high-trust digital experiences across clinical tools and care-facing platforms. You will drive design from discovery to pixel-perfect delivery while adopting an AI-fluent mindset for evolving design tooling.

You will join a lean design team, partner with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders, and ensure accessibility, privacy, and regulatory considerations are embedded throughout the process.

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on product design experience (UI/UX) delivering digital products or enterprise platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Expert-level Figma skills (auto-layout, tokens, component variables, interactive prototyping).
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution within a design system and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end design for assigned product verticals from discovery to pixel-perfect delivery.
• Contribute to and align design systems, patterns, and scalable standards.
