Job summary

ARETUM Holdings LLC is seeking a Senior Unified Endpoint Management Engineer to oversee administration, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise mobility and endpoint systems. This role provides advanced technical support and collaborates with security and IT teams to deliver secure, reliable endpoint services.

Due to federal consulting work, candidates may handle CUI and must adhere to safeguarding and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

4+ years in enterprise Windows Server environments.
4+ years with Workspace ONE UEM.
Experience supporting enterprise mobile and endpoint devices.
Experience patching and vulnerability remediation.
Ability to document procedures and configurations.
Strong communication with technical and non-technical users.
Willingness to participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced support for mobile/endpoint issues via ticketing system, phone, and email.
Administer and optimize UEM environments, including Workspace ONE UEM.
Coordinate installation and lifecycle management of mobile platform software and devices.
Perform Windows Server administration and vulnerability remediation.
Support enrollment, policy configuration, and device retirement processes.
Maintain configuration management records and technical documentation.
Develop IT procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Analyze incidents and implement long-term improvements.
Collaborate with security teams and non-technical users.
Communicate technical information clearly in written and verbal form.
Participate in flexible work schedule and on-call rotation.
