Leidos’ Civilian Health Solutions Operation seeks a hands-on Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) Engineer with a strong focus on Microsoft Teams. You will design, implement, and operate UCC infrastructure, ensuring security, monitoring, and seamless collaboration for federal users inside and outside client networks.

The role requires 8+ years in UCC, 3+ years with Teams, and the ability to obtain a public trust clearance. A U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, telecom, or related field.
• 8+ years in Unified Communications with 3+ years in Microsoft Teams.
• Strong VoIP, video conferencing and collaboration experience.
• Ability to obtain public trust clearance within scope.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, design, and support the UCC infrastructure.
• Ensure infrastructure protection, vulnerability remediation, and information assurance.
• Manage UCC systems, patching and security updates.
• Document architecture, configurations, alert thresholds, and operational parameters.
• Oversee installation, configuration, support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for UCC using standard tools.
• Collaborate with teams to support a broad set of UCC technologies.
