Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science OR 4 years of related experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of related experience.
• Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/ Poly.
• US citizenship required.
• Certification: Must be 8570 compliant with a Security+ Certification.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and support enterprise unified communications platforms, including Skype for Business and associated voice, video, messaging, conferencing, and collaboration services.
• Design and support interoperability solutions that allow different communications platforms to communicate across the enterprise.
• Learn and implement emerging UC technologies (e.g., Pexip) for Microsoft Teams interoperability.
• Engineer collaboration between voice, video, and messaging across endpoints and platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex UC issues across signaling, media, authentication, networking, conferencing, endpoints, and integrations.
