Job summary

Veterans First Initiative Llc is seeking a Tier 3 Unified Communications/Audio Visual Engineer to provide expert-level engineering and lifecycle support for enterprise UC/AVMM systems. The role leads complex deployments across CONUS and OCONUS, resolving escalated issues, designing advanced solutions, and ensuring optimal performance.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in UC/AVMM engineering, hands-on VTC/VoIP experience, and active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.

Qualifications

7+ years of UC/AVMM engineering experience in enterprise environments.
Strong expertise with UC/AVMM technologies such as Cisco, Avaya, Poly, Crestron, Extron, WebEx, MS Teams.
Hands-on experience with VTC, VoIP, and AV signal distribution technologies.

Responsibilities

Serve as highest escalation point for UC/AVMM issues.
Lead root-cause analysis for complex hardware, software, and network integration problems.
Design, install, configure, and maintain UC systems across enterprise environments.
Document system diagrams, engineering change proposals, and troubleshooting guides.
